Following his father’s advice to seize every opportunity for growth, he pursued certifications in multiple disciplines, becoming an equipment mechanic, an electrician’s helper, and a certified equipment operator responsible for launching boats—having successfully launched over 100 vessels. Lambert later earned certification as a crane operator, further expanding his expertise. His extensive knowledge of equipment and facilities has made him a trusted resource at Swiftships, where colleagues often rely on him for troubleshooting and guidance.
